Social Media Executive
to drive brand visibility and strengthen industry relationships. This role combines content creation

, and event coordination
to support our marketing and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, experienced in managing social media, crafting compelling content, organizing events, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management (10%)
- Oversee daily social media activities across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Execute the content calendar in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and optimizing engagement.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices to ensure fresh and relevant content.
2. Content Writing (30%)
- Develop high-quality content, including emails, blogs, whitepapers, WhatsApp messages, and articles.
- Tailor messaging to specific audiences, ensuring it resonates with ZoTok s clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports brand visibility and sales objectives.
- Edit and proofread materials for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
3. Outreach and Partnerships (30%)
- Build and manage relationships with industry associations, channel partners, and media outlets.
- Engage with association heads for potential collaborations, including webinars and seminars for their members.
- Identify and nurture opportunities for channel sales partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
- Develop PR and branding strategies by managing relationships with media outlets.
4. Event Coordination and Industry Engagement (30%)
- Organize and coordinate ZoTok s participation in industry exhibitions and events.
- Plan and execute meet-and-greet events with clients, prospects, and industry influencers.
- Handle event logistics, travel arrangements, and scheduling for ZoTok s team.
- Act as the main contact for event inquiries, ensuring flawless execution of all details.
- Collaborate with industry association heads to organize seminars, workshops, and joint events.
- Monitor event outcomes, gather feedback, and report on event performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, public relations, and event coordination.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with experience in creating content across various formats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven experience in partnership management and building strong industry relationships.
- Experience coordinating industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings.
