Job Description

Position : Pre Sales Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamic 365 F&O Job Type : Remote Contact: nikhil.vats@multiversetech.com , 8368962287 Core Responsibilities 1. Solution Discovery & Requirement Gathering Engage with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals. Translate business requirements into technical solutions using D365 capabilities. 2. Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs) Deliver tailored demos of D365 applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, Power Platform). Build PoCs to showcase how D365 can address specific client scenarios. 3. Technical Solution Design Architect high-level solutions using D365 modules, integrations, and customizations. Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure feasibility. 4. RFP/RFI Support Respond to technical sections of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Provide detailed documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution overviews. 5. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to both internal sales teams and external clients. Present to C-level executives, IT teams, and business users. 6. Competitive Positioning Highlight D365’s advantages over competitors (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle). Address objections and provide technical rebuttals. 7. Collaboration with Microsoft & Partners Work closely with Microsoft account teams, ISVs, and implementation partners. Stay updated on the latest D365 features, roadmap, and licensing changes. Pre-Sales Expertise Experience in conducting white boarding sessions, creating diagrams, and technical solution roadmaps Experience presenting solutions to clients and addressing any issues/concerns Ability to identify, validate, and grow opportunities in high potential customer accounts Increase customer loyalty through effective communications, professionalism, and exceeding customer expectations Preferred experience in pricing and scoping managed service designs Requirements Deep knowledge of D365 modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, CE). Must have a minimum 4 years of experience selling or configuring Microsoft products, services, and integrations Strongly prefer experience with Microsoft Productivity suite and Copilot Strongly prefer experience with Endpoint Management, Identity/Access Management and VDI solutions Must have the ability to analyze existing and anticipated client requirements and promote consideration of companies’ solutions and services to meet the client’s requirements Demonstrated ability to work with and communicate with other team members Must have excellent communication, documentation, and customer facing skills A desire to learn and be a problem solver Prefer recent role-based Microsoft industry recognized certifications Show more Show less
