Job Description

As an Associate Manager - Business Development at OnGrid, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic sales plan to establish a strong market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading lead generation activities, meeting potential clients, and qualifying leads as part of the B2B sales process - Conducting presentations and platform demos to potential clients, followed by regular follow-ups - Creating high-quality proposals and conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC's) and pilots for potential clients while providing necessary support during the pilot period - Gathering valuable client and user insights for the product, technology, and operations team - Focusing on building and enhancing customer relationships with a customer-centric mindset and leveraging value selling strategies to showcase the benefits of our technologies - Developing annual unit and gross-profit plans through effective marketing strategies, trend analysis, and result evaluation - Building a high-performance sales team by recruiting, onboarding, and training candidates effectively Qualifications required for this role: - 3-5 years of experience in IT / Platform sales with strong front-end client-facing business development skills - Experience in B2B sales targeting CHRO, CXO level executives is preferred - Sales experience in Background Verification (BGV) platform/services or Staffing / Recruitment platform/services is advantageous - Mandatory proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal - Demonstrated ability to approach business development in a structured, scientific, and disciplined manner - Knowledge of digital marketing tools is beneficial - Proficiency in using Google slides, docs, spreadsheets, and MS Office is required At OnGrid, we are a digital trust platform dedicated to establishing trust and ensuring accountability through advanced technologies.
