**Job Description** You will be working as a PreSales Engagement Manager/Lead at an AI-focused EdTech company that is revolutionizing global learning with cutting-edge training solutions. Your role will be crucial in driving client engagement, customizing AI training solutions, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships by effectively communicating the value proposition of the offerings to enterprise clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with enterprise clients globally to understand their AI training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training solutions accordingly. - Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions to align training curriculums with client goals. - Design and develop bespoke AI training curriculums, set up and deliver compelling demos showcasing training solutions, and present proposals to key stakeholders. - Assist in driving the sales process from opportunity qualification to proposal acceptance, collaborating with various teams to create winning proposals. - Maintain a deep understanding of AI tools, technologies, and their applications in different industries, stay updated on the latest trends, and leverage knowledge of cloud environments and GPU-based solutions for AI training programs. - Work closely with internal teams to refine and enhance training offerings, collect feedback from clients for continuous improvement. **Qualifications & Experience:** **Mandatory:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related STEM field. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a presales or client engagement role in Tech/AI consulting. - Strong knowledge of AI, Data Science, and Analytics tools, as well as hands-on experience with cloud environments and GPU-based computing for AI. **Preferred:** - Prior experience in the AI or EdTech sector. - Demonstrated ability to manage global clients and close deals in the B2B environment. **Skills:** - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for diverse stakeholders. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
