As a Tech Lead Developer at Annalect Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of user-friendly front-end applications and backend microservices. In this position, you will be involved in shaping the technical architecture of our products, exploring new technical solutions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal solutions for our company and agencies. Your responsibilities will include developing and unit testing web applications, providing support and maintenance, and assisting Project Managers in project planning by offering estimates, risk analysis, and technical insights. You will be engaged in the full project life cycle, from requirement analysis to system design, development, and support. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams in design, development, quality assurance, and operations, while actively participating in meetings to showcase technical solutions at both business and technical levels. As a knowledge keeper of the product, you will provide mentorship, coaching, and training to enhance development practices and ensure consistency in coding styles. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 7 years of experience in front-end application development, with a minimum of 2 years as a Technical Lead. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, React, and JavaScript is essential, along with hands-on experience in working on commercial web applications and deploying web applications on headless Content Management Systems (CMS). You should possess a strong understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as experience in performance optimization, security implementation, and distributed message-based application design. Familiarity with test-driven development, continuous integration, and deployment practices is required. Additional skills such as cloud environment deployment, containerization, Adobe Experience Manager, GraphQL, and TypeScript are advantageous. Design and usability skills are considered a plus, and experience in multi-tenant application development would be highly beneficial for this role.
