Drawing on your previous experience in Accounts Receivables and Billing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. In this role, you will be expected to adhere to established UPS policies and procedures while demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. Your responsibilities will include following prescribed escalation procedures, updating customer information accurately using various software programs, and recommending write-offs for account balances when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a queue of customer accounts, ensuring strong customer relations, and preparing reports for senior management. To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent analytical and problems resolution abilities.
