Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive located in Pune. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, providing detailed information about our properties, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for site visits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and present detailed product information
• Experience in customer service and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing and market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
