Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic pre-sales executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, conducting client follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and an interest in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Call and follow up with potential leads to understand their property requirements.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for timely client engagement.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
• Provide customers with detailed information about available properties and projects.
• Share brochures, pricing, and other required documents with clients.
• Support the sales team by preparing client data and follow-up reports.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns if needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
