Pre-Sales Executive

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and must possess proficiency in MS Office-Excel and CRM operations. As a Customer Care Professional, your primary responsibility will be to uphold exceptional standards of customer service by promptly and efficiently addressing inquiries and concerns. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in Excel and CRM systems to manage customer data effectively. The perfect candidate for this role will demonstrate outstanding English communication skills, exhibit a pleasant personality, and excel in phonic conversations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in articulate and effective communication are crucial for success in this position.
