Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales executive at Innovator Sprouts Academy, located in Navi Mumbai. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about services and products, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Tele Caller will follow-up with customers, address any concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while updating records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Graduate or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
