As a Pre-Sales Executive for Big Air Lab, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the AI Auditor platform through high-impact demos that go beyond just features, focusing on winning deals. Your ability to turn conversations into conversions, with a target of achieving 70%+ outbound demo conversion and 90%+ inbound demo conversion, will be key in this role. You will need to be adaptable, resourceful, and willing to take on challenges head-on to ensure every opportunity turns into a success story. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver tailored, high-energy product demos that address client challenges effectively. - Manage the pre-sales cycle from lead qualification to closing the deal. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and pain points. - Gather valuable insights from interactions to shape future product and sales strategies. - Build strong relationships with prospects and convert interest into commitment. - Create customized decks, proposals, and recommendations that resonate with clients. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales or business development within SaaS, AI, or enterprise solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding conversion targets consistently. - Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to simplify complex tech concepts. - Proficiency in working with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. - Self-starter attitude with a willingness to seek solutions independently. - Ability to adapt to feedback and use it to improve performance. Must-Have Skills: - Pre-sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software. - Strong communication and consultative selling skills. - Demonstrated ability to maintain high conversion rates in demos. - Proficiency in stakeholder management across decision-makers. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience in AI/ML, auditing, or compliance-focused solutions. - Exposure to global markets. - Knowledge of SaaS pricing, competition analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
