Fullstack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Big Air Lab in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining frontend and backend systems across various domains. Working in close collaboration with product teams, DevOps, and other stakeholders, you will be instrumental in delivering mission-critical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining scalable and secure full stack applications utilizing modern frameworks, collaborating with frontend and backend teams to design APIs, services, and UI components, and writing clean, efficient, and reusable code for both frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, FastAPI, Spring Boot). Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, working with containerization tools and orchestration platforms, integrating with cloud services and databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across all platforms and devices, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting application performance using observability tools. To excel in this role, you must possess 58 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer and demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript (React.js, Next.js), Python (FastAPI), and/or Java (Spring Boot). A strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, modern web architecture, relational and non-relational databases, containerization, cloud environments, Agile methodologies, and version control is essential. Moreover, excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills are key attributes. The technical stack you will work with includes Frontend technologies such as Next.js and React.js, Backend technologies like Python (FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), and Node.js, Databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis, DevOps/Cloud tools like Azure (preferred), AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack. Additionally, familiarity with AI/ML integrations or MLOps workflows, experience in performance tuning, frontend optimization, and exposure to scalable microservices architecture are considered good-to-have skills.
