Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is the critical first point of contact for our clients, acting as the bridge between their vision and our execution capabilities. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, understanding client needs, explaining possible design concepts, and converting opportunities into confirmed projects. Your ability to build rapport, provide creative solutions, and demonstrate the value of our services will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities 1. Qualifying Leads: Qualify leads generated through our social media channels, website and advertisements. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects for both residential and corporate interior projects. 2. Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: Act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Conduct detailed client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand their requirements, budget, timeline, and aspirations. Ask insightful questions to uncover underlying needs and project scope. 3. Solution Design & Proposal Development: Collaborate with the senior design team to create initial space plans, mood boards, and preliminary design concepts. Prepare and present compelling, tailored proposals that address client needs, including concept visuals, scope of work, and a preliminary budget estimate. Effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiators of Foyer2Attic Design Studio. 4. Sales Conversion & Negotiation: Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to project sign-off. Handle objections professionally and provide persuasive solutions to close deals. Negotiate terms and conditions within company guidelines to secure profitable projects. 5. Coordination & Handover: Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design and project management team with comprehensive briefs. Maintain strong relationships with clients during the initial phase to ensure satisfaction and lay the groundwork for future business. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of 2-4 years in a pre-sales, business development, or client-facing role within the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry. A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to understand client briefs and contribute to initial design concepts. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and persuasively. Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage. Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Exceptional negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
