Pre-Sales Executive

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Foyer2Attic Design Studio in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in qualifying leads, engaging with clients, designing solutions, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless handover of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Qualifying Leads: - Qualify leads from various sources such as social media, website, and advertisements. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects for residential and corporate interior projects. - Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering a professional and welcoming experience. - Conduct detailed client meetings to understand their requirements, budget, timeline, and aspirations. - Ask insightful questions to uncover underlying needs and project scope. - Solution Design & Proposal Development: - Collaborate with the senior design team to create space plans, mood boards, and design concepts. - Prepare and present tailored proposals with concept visuals, scope of work, and preliminary budget estimates. - Communicate the value proposition and differentiators of Foyer2Attic Design Studio effectively. - Sales Conversion & Negotiation: - Guide potential clients through the sales process and handle objections professionally. - Negotiate terms within company guidelines to secure profitable projects. - Coordination & Handover: - Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design and project management team. - Maintain strong client relationships during the initial phase to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or client-facing roles in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry. - Strong portfolio showcasing understanding of client briefs and contribution to design concepts. - Excellent visual and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in design software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite. - Understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E. - Exceptional negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills. - Self-starter with high motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
