Engage with clients and help them navigate the real estate market, providing expert guidance.

You will be the go to person for

Lead Management & Engagement: Manage and nurture incoming leads through calls, emails,

and digital platforms. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead details and

follow-up status.

Coordination with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to schedule site visits

and follow up on customer inquiries.

Customer Interaction & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers,

providing detailed project information.

Reporting & Sales Targets: Track sales activities, meet performance targets, and provide

regular updates to management.

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business study or Equivalent.

Experience That Counts: 0-1 years of experience in real estate Pre sales .

Skills That Set You Apart:

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English/Hindi and local language
Good grooming standard is a must .
Sales Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and effectively close sales.
Customer Service: Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication channels.
