Job Description

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions post-booking to handover. Manage customer documentation, agreement execution, and payment tracking. Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, concerns, and complaints. Process Management & Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional departments like Sales, Legal, Projects, Finance, and Possession teams for a smooth workflow. Ensure timely updates to customers regarding project milestones, payment dues, and possession schedules. Oversee the handover process and ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or custom platforms). Generate regular reports on customer feedback, issue resolution, and NPS scores. Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve CRM processes and enhance service delivery. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in CRM software and tools Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations (RERA, agreements, etc.)
