Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project details. Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings with sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up and provide additional information. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to understand customer needs and explain real estate products clearly. Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented approach. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
