Role Overview: Asset Daddy, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking a full-time Team Lead to be based in Gurugram. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and driving project execution. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, ensuring project deliverables and deadlines are met, mentoring team members, and facilitating communication between various departments. Additionally, strategic planning and reporting to senior management to optimize efficiency and achieve company goals will be part of your role.
