Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-sales professional located in Noida. The Pre-sales role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, consulting with clients, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building strong client relationships
• Consulting and Presales expertise to design and deliver targeted, persuasive presentations
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to dynamic challenges
• Relevant industry certifications or a degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the IT or ITeS industry is advantageous
