Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, based in Gurugram. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and drive project execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, ensuring project deliverables and deadlines are met, mentoring team members, and facilitating communication between various departments. The role also involves strategic planning and reporting to senior management to optimize efficiency and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning and project management experience
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, especially in the NCR
• Proficiency in financial planning and home loan assistance
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with property management and resale support is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
