Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Executive plays a vital role understanding customer requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between the marketing and sales teams. This role is the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for nurturing leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from potential customers.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.

• Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and other features to interested customers.

• Schedule site visits and ensure proper coordination between clients and the sales team.

• Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure continuous engagement until conversion.

• Share marketing materials, brochures, and project details with potential clients.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.

• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and communication for reporting purposes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (Real Estate experience is an advantage).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of real estate sales and customer buying behavior.

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
