Responsibilities:

? Proactively generate leads, nurture prospects, and close property sales through on-site visits, calls, and digital channels.

? Conduct site visits, explain project USPs, pricing, and documentation in a compelling manner.

? Develop deep product knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming Trivara projects.

? Handle customer queries, follow-up consistently, and convert interest into bookings.

? Maintain CRM entries, manage daily sales reporting, and support post-sales processes.

? Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.

? Take full ownership of your monthly and quarterly targets with accountability

Must-Have Qualifications:

? 2+ years of real estate sales or high-involvement product sales experience.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

? Strong persuasion power and understanding of buyer psychology.

? Experience in managing end-to-end property sales.

Optional but Impressive:

? Prior experience in real estate or construction sales.

? Fluency in Odia, English, and Hindi.

? Knowledge of BhubaneswarPuriCuttack micro-markets.

? MBA in Marketing/Sales or Real Estate Certification.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Performance based incentives.
