Responsibilities:

● Proactively generate leads, nurture prospects, and close property sales through on-site visits, calls, and digital channels.

● Conduct site visits, explain project USPs, pricing, and documentation in a compelling manner.

● Develop deep product knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming Trivara projects.

● Handle customer queries, follow-up consistently, and convert interest into bookings.

● Maintain CRM entries, manage daily sales reporting, and support post-sales processes.

● Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.

● Take full ownership of your monthly and quarterly targets with accountability

Must-Have Qualifications:

● 2+ years of real estate sales or high-involvement product sales experience.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Strong persuasion power and understanding of buyer psychology.

● Experience in managing end-to-end property sales.

Optional but Impressive:

● Prior experience in real estate or construction sales.

● Fluency in Odia, English, and Hindi.

● Knowledge of Bhubaneswar–Puri–Cuttack micro-markets.

● MBA in Marketing/Sales or Real Estate Certification.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Performance based incentives.
