Sales Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team. You will act as a key link between the sales team, clients, and management, ensuring smooth coordination, timely followups, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist the sales team in managing leads, scheduling site visits, and preparing sales documentation.

• Maintain and update with leads, inquiries, and followups.

• Coordinate between sales executives, marketing team, and management for seamless operations.

 Client Interaction & Followups

• Handle client calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses.

• Follow up with potential buyers and provide necessary project details.

• Schedule and confirm site visits for clients.

 Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare sales agreements, booking forms, and other required paperwork.

• Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management review.

• Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and site launches.

• Coordinate with marketing for brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal & written communication in regional language.

• Proficiency in MS Office, basic digital tools.
