With strong partnerships with top builders in the NCR, the company offers end-to-end solutions from property search to post-sales services. Your role as a Team Lead will be based in Gurugram and will involve overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and driving project execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, ensuring project deliverables and deadlines are met, mentoring team members, and facilitating communication between departments. Additionally, you will engage in strategic planning and reporting to senior management to optimize efficiency and achieve company goals.
