Position

Key Responsibilities

Minimum of 12-16 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 + years in a managerial role handling a team.
Lead and manage a team focused on German language projects, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for all German language-related tasks within the team.
Manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of services.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to boost team productivity and morale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that German language requirements are met in various business processes.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to upskill team members.
Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring all German-language needs are met accurately and promptly.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of both German and English, including the ability to read, write, and converse fluently in both languages.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
4+ years of experience managing or handling teams, with the ability to motivate and drive results.

Eligibility

Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.
Certification in German Language at B2.2 or C1 level.
