Job Description

Primary Goal

Support the sales team by understanding client needs and demonstrating how our Salesforce solutions can meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in discovery calls with prospects.
Prepare and deliver customized Salesforce product demos.
Translate business requirements into solution designs.
Answer RFPs/RFIs and technical questions.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Architects, and Delivery teams.
Scope high-level implementation efforts and estimate timelines/costs.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of Salesforce products and use cases.
Strong presentation and demo skills.
Ability to speak both business and technical language.
Experience with Salesforce org setup, configuration, and sometimes basic development.
