ServiceNow QA Engineer (Automated Testing Framework - ATF)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with deep expertise in Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and a strong foundation in Quality Assurance. If you have hands-on experience with ServiceNow and a passion for building comprehensive test plans to ensure top-tier product quality, this is the ideal opportunity for you. Experience Required: 4–6 years What You’ll Do: Design detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications. Execute both manual and automated tests, including regression testing to ensure stability of existing functionalities. Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including plans, cases, and results. Log, track, and effectively report defects throughout all stages of the testing process. Collaborate with client teams for integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Design and implement ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow to optimize quality assurance processes. What You’ll Need: 4–6 years of QA experience in ServiceNow environments. Proven hands-on experience with ATF implementation. Familiarity with key modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM. Experience with integration testing, including the use of POSTMAN. Background working in Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Education & Certification: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (mandatory).
