US Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities & Duties  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Conduct reference checks and background verifications Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management Drop your resumes on bhavishaya@excelgens.com Show more Show less
