Summary: Required a skilled and experienced ERP Support Specialist have a strong understanding of RealEstate ERP systems and a proven ability to manage and support diverse business units. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and the ERP Vendors of Farvision, In4Velocity, etc. to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP application, ensuring seamless operation across all modules. Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments including Sales & Customer Care (CRM), Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration. This includes resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance. Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes. Prepare specific reports as requested by management. Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEM’s/Vendors team. Client Onboarding: Register new real estate clients under ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed. Provide comprehensive training and support to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in ERP support, and maintenance.
