As a Pre Sales Contact Center Representative at the company located in Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers through outbound and incoming calls. You will provide detailed information about available properties and amenities to clients, coordinate site visits, and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties. Your role will involve following up with prospective clients, staying informed about upcoming projects, and collaborating with the Sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers through outbound and incoming calls - Provide detailed information about available properties and amenities to clients - Coordinate site visits and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties - Follow up with prospective clients and stay informed about upcoming projects - Collaborate with the Sales team Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field - Previous experience in a pre-sales or real estate sales role is preferred - Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and organizational abilities - Positive learning attitude, receptiveness to feedback, and self-motivation with a proactive sales approach Additional Company Details: - The ideal candidate should possess skills such as patience, empathy, real estate market analysis, presentation, negotiation, lead generation, and effective communication - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary - Experience in presales, calling, telecalling, telesales, and mailing is advantageous Please note that this position offers a competitive salary range of 4.5 to 8 LPA. The company is committed to providing equal opportunities and requires candidates to be flexible with rotational shift timings, including evenings and working 6 days a week.
