Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in daily HR tasks, including managing HR policies, implementing employee benefits programs, and supporting personnel management activities. The intern will also work on HR management tasks, provide administrative support to the HR team, and participate in various HR projects and initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR within a leading real estate company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is an advantage

Stipend : 20,000/- monthly

Duration : 3 months
