About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR operations and gain practical experience across multiple functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.


This internship is a great opportunity for someone who wants to begin their career in HR, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute meaningfully to organizational culture and employee success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance logs, and performance data.
  • Help with new hire onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Draft and update HR documents, policies, and reports as needed.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices, tools, and emerging trends.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and managers to support day-to-day HR operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and proficiency with tools like MS Excel or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.


Good to Have

  • Exposure to recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or team coordination.
