Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databasesSchedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviewsSupport onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesHelp prepare HR reports, presentations, and trackersAssist in drafting job descriptions and posting job adsHandle basic employee queries and provide administrative supportParticipate in HR activities such as employee engagement and training programs

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of HR conceptsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong organizational and time-management skillsPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR / Management / Business Administration or related fieldInterest in building a career in Human Resources
