About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to build a long-term career in Human Resources. This role is designed for individuals who want to grow into an HR Executive position after successfully completing a 3-month internship. During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, preparing you for a full-time HR Executive role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition – Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms.
• Interview Management – Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Onboarding Assistance – Help with offer letters, documentation, and induction processes.
• HR Operations Support – Maintain employee records, assist in HR activities, and support daily HR functions.
• Recruitment Reporting – Manage trackers, maintain candidate databases, and share hiring updates.
