What You You'll be doing?

• Support end-to-end hiring cycles across functions from sourcing and screening to coordination and candidate experience.
• Actively call, engage, and connect with candidates to evaluate interest, alignment, and fit for various roles.
• Assist in onboarding processes, documentation, HRIS updates, and employee data management with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR policy implementation, audits, and compliance-related activities.

Desired Profile

• Students or fresh graduates from

  Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes

  (preferred but not mandatory) with a passion for HR, People Operations
• Exceptional communication skills (written + verbal) and a people-first mindset.
• High ownership, reliability, and a bias for action, someone who gets things done
