Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Post job openings on various online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Participate in onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and assist with documentation.
Contribute to other HR functions such as employee engagement and HR operations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources

Business Administration
, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of the recruitment process and HR functions.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
