Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales professional located in Gurugram. The Pre-sales role involves identifying and understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on property investments, and presenting tailored real estate solutions. The Pre-sales professional will work closely with potential clients, offering consulting services, assisting with financial planning, and ensuring a smooth property buying experience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, engaging with customers, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct market research
• Experience in Consulting and providing tailored solutions
• Proficiency in Presales activities and understanding customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
