Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Analyst with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs, preparing engaging presentations, conducting requirement analysis, designing customized proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the sales team to understand client needs, requirements, and business objectives. - Preparing and delivering engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews to prospective clients. - Conducting requirement analysis and creating customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and cost estimates. - Collaborating with technical teams to design solutions that align with client expectations. - Researching industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to support sales strategy. - Maintaining detailed documentation of solutions, proposals, and client communications. - Providing technical and functional support during the pre-sales cycle. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. For this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting. - Strong knowledge of IT solutions, SaaS, software products, or technology services. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical/functional solutions. - Strong proposal writing and documentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
