Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Lead practice strategy and capability development across Cloud, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity: define vision, roadmap, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Own day-to-day P&L management for the practice: set targets for utilization, margins and revenue; monitor performance and drive corrective actions to meet financial goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Delivery to incorporate AI-enabled insights into pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and client engagements; support executive-level pitches and RFP responses.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through governance and automation: establish KPIs, quality standards, CI/CD and repeatable delivery patterns to improve predictability and client outcomes.
  • Manage client relationships and success: act as senior escalation point, ensure high satisfaction, drive renewals and expand engagements.
  • Build, scale and coach high-performing, AI-enabled teams: recruit talent, set goals, run performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational efficiency using AI and automation to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase utilization.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery and business risks; ensure compliance with security and contractual requirements in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on practice performance, pipeline, risks and opportunities; prepare monthly and quarterly updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of IT services experience with a minimum of 5 years in leadership or practice-head roles.
  • Deep domain expertise in Cloud, Data, AI and/or Cybersecurity and a track record of delivering large, complex programs.
  • Proven ability to combine AI-driven thought leadership with practical client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling teams, driving utilization and profitability, and managing P&L responsibility.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and ability to influence at the C-level.
