Practice Manager / Capability Lead (AI-Aligned)

Role Overview: As a Practice Lead, you will be responsible for developing strategy and capabilities across Cloud, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity. You will define the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market priorities while also managing day-to-day P&L for the practice. Partnering closely with Sales and Delivery teams, you will incorporate AI-enabled insights into pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and client engagements. Your role will also involve ensuring delivery excellence through governance and automation, managing client relationships, building high-performing teams, and driving operational efficiency using AI and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead practice strategy and capability development across Cloud, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity - Own day-to-day P&L management for the practice, setting targets for utilization, margins, and revenue - Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to incorporate AI-enabled insights into client engagements - Ensure delivery excellence through governance, automation, and establishment of quality standards - Manage client relationships, act as a senior escalation point, and drive renewals and expansion of engagements - Build, scale, and coach high-performing, AI-enabled teams - Drive operational efficiency using AI and automation to improve productivity and reduce costs - Identify and mitigate delivery and business risks, ensuring compliance with security and contractual requirements - Report regularly to executive leadership on practice performance, pipeline, risks, and opportunities Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of IT services experience with a minimum of 5 years in leadership or practice-head roles - Deep domain expertise in Cloud, Data, AI, and/or Cybersecurity - Proven ability to combine AI-driven thought leadership with practical client engagement and solution delivery - Experience in building and scaling teams, driving utilization, profitability, and managing P&L responsibility - Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and ability to influence at the C-level Please note that the JD does not include any additional details about the company.,
