Practice Lead – Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the

  Insurance Practice

  , including strategy, delivery, and P&L ownership
• Define and execute

  practice roadmap

  , service offerings, and go-to-market strategies
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and provide solution leadership
• Drive

  pre-sales activities

  , including solution design, proposals, and client presentations
• Oversee delivery excellence across insurance programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance
• Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (delivery, architecture, consulting)
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to expand insurance capabilities
• Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the insurance domain.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience, with strong exposure to

  Insurance domain

• Proven experience leading

  insurance practice / COE / portfolio

• Strong knowledge of

  Life, Health, P&C, or Reinsurance

  domains
• Experience with

  digital transformation, core insurance platforms, and modernization programs

• Solid understanding of

  insurance operations, underwriting, claims, policy administration

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in

  pre-sales, solutioning, and client-facing leadership

  roles.
