With over 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of consultants, delivering SAP solutions, and driving business growth within the SAP practice area. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the SAP consulting practice, overseeing project delivery, resource management, and client satisfaction. - Provide strategic direction and guidance to the SAP consulting team, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. - Develop strategies to expand the SAP practice area, identify new business opportunities, and build client relationships. - Ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence in the delivery of SAP projects. - Manage the team of SAP consultants through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute initiatives and strategies promoting SAP services. - Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, providing thought leadership. - Act as a subject matter expert on SAP solutions, offering guidance and support to clients and internal teams. - Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the SAP practice, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. **Qualifications Required:** - 9+ years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on implementation, integration, and support. - Previous experience in team management roles, preferably as a Lead/Manager/Practice Manager. - Strong understanding of core SAP OTC, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform, and knowledge of SAP Business AI. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
