Job Description

This is a remote position.We are seeking a

highly skilled PPC Specialist

with proven expertise in

both Bing Ads / Meta /

and

Google Ads

. This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns that drive lead generation for our towing and roadside assistance operations. The ideal candidate has deep analytical skills, a strong sense of strategy, and hands-on experience managing large PPC budgets for service-based businesses.

Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Bing / Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Write, test, and refine ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics integrations.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to scale performance effectively.
Collaborate with the management and operations teams to align lead flow with service capacity.
Stay current with industry trends, Google and Microsoft Ads updates, and emerging PPC strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google / Meta and Bing Ads required).
Proven success in lead generation campaigns (preferably in service-based industries).
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking.
Experience with landing page optimization and data analysis.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Must be able to work during PST business hours.

Benefits

This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.
Rate for the position $4.00/hr. USD.
Can start immediately.
