PPC & Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

We are looking for an experienced PPC & Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving qualified leads and conversions for US-based B2B audiences, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.

This role is outcome-driven and requires strong analytical skills, campaign ownership, and a deep understanding of performance marketing for long sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max).
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness.
  • Build and optimize B2B-focused funnels targeting US audiences.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and lead quality, not just traffic.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and events accurately.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and landing pages.
  • Continuously test and refine strategies to improve performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns for US B2B audiences (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, long sales cycles, and high-intent targeting.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing spend efficiently.
  • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience working with SaaS, technology products, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
