PPC Specialist

Position: PPC Specialist

Department: Digital Marketing

Location: Vikaspuri West Delhi

Salary: 35K-40K

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Qualification: MBA / Any Digital Marketing Certification

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

Set up Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.

2. Performance Optimization

Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for best results.

A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

Improve Quality Score and optimize ad relevance & CTR.

3. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools to analyze user behaviour and conversions.

4. Budget Management

Plan and allocate ad budgets across campaigns.

Ensure optimal spend with maximum ROI.

Forecast budget requirements based on performance and campaign goals.

5. Collaboration

Coordinate with the design, SEO, and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.

Work closely with the sales/operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

6. Compliance & Best Practices

Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform policies.

Ensure all ads follow platform guidelines and brand standards.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads mandatory).

Strong understanding of SEM, remarketing, and funnel-based advertising strategies.

Expertise in Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking setup.

Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Elementor, etc.).

Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Experience in running e-commerce/lead-gen campaigns.
