About Jewelbox

Jewelbox is a modern fine jewellery brand redefining how customers experience luxury through a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model. By eliminating traditional markups, we deliver handcrafted, timeless jewellery pieces directly to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and design. As we scale, we are seeking a PPC Specialist with strong D2C expertise to accelerate our digital growth.

Role Overview

The PPC Specialist (D2C) will manage end-to-end paid performance campaigns across platforms with a focus on driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. This role is data-driven, creative, and crucial in optimizing Jewelbox’s paid media strategy to scale efficiently in the competitive D2C landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other D2C-relevant platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition campaigns with a sharp focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies — from prospecting to retargeting — aligned with D2C growth objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking specific to the jewellery & luxury D2C space.
  • Create, test, and refine ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
  • Implement and monitor remarketing & retargeting campaigns to maximize repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
  • Track and report performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, CAC vs. LTV).
  • Collaborate with the creative/content/e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency in all campaigns.
  • Stay updated on D2C marketing trends and platform updates to leverage first-mover advantages.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and sustainable scaling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing/PPC with a strong D2C background (e-commerce/jewellery/luxury brand preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with high ROAS in a D2C setup.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, etc. a plus).
  • Strong understanding of D2C metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period.
  • Experience in scaling paid campaigns from startup to growth stage.
  • Hands-on knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
