Role & responsibilities Should have experience in Manufacturing Field at Sheet Metal, Press Components, Knowledge & experience on Planning & Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, assess resource needs (workforce, materials), and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines. Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide production staff, assign tasks, and conduct training to enhance team efficiency and skills. Quality Control: Establish and maintain high-quality standards for products and ensure they are consistently met throughout the production process. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the production workflow and implement improvements to reduce costs, downtime, and enhance productivity. Budgeting & Cost Management: Estimate production costs, negotiate and agree on budgets, and implement strategies to reduce expenses and ensure production remains cost-effective. Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed within the production facility. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and routine upkeep of production equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as supply chain, logistics, engineering, and sales, to ensure a seamless flow of materials, information, and finished products. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, analyze production data, and prepare reports for upper management. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement prompt solutions to resolve delays and maintain operational continuity. Preferred candidate profile
Release equipment plans and material movement schedules, prioritizing customer requirements. Prepare and share weekly packing plans for domestic customers at the start of each month; monitor plan vs. actual performance. Conduct monthly capacity planning based on incoming order load. Ensure 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery in line with the commitment plan. Coordinate with the marketing team to release and adhere to the export packing plan. Monitor and control inventory levels to stay within budget norms and maintain system accuracy. Analyze production failures and collaborate with process and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions for quality improvement.
