Experience Required: 8–12 years in Production Planning & Control

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering) or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to lead production planning and control operations. The role involves overseeing scheduling, material planning, and coordination between production, sales, and procurement to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, implement, and monitor production plans to meet customer delivery timelines.

Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams for smooth operations.

Optimize manpower, machine capacity, and materials for maximum productivity.

Track work-in-progress and resolve bottlenecks.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and cost targets.

Prepare production reports and MIS for management review.

Drive process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PPC functions, capacity planning, and MRP.

Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
