About The Opportunity
As a Power System Engineer – Power Studies, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality power system analysis and consulting services. You will work on a wide range of projects involving conventional and renewable generation, grid integration, transmission, and industrial power systems.The primary responsibilities of

Key Responsibilities
- Perform power system studies including network modeling, steady-state analysis, and dynamic simulations.
- Support development of technical capabilities in power system studies across conventional and renewable domains.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver efficient and technically sound solutions.
- Assist in project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through technical excellence and service delivery.
- Address client queries and provide expert guidance on power system challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and learning within the team.
- Ensure compliance with HSEC, quality standards, and project delivery protocols.
- Work closely with Designated Project Engineers (DPEs) and Project Managers (PMs) to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with Global Integrated Delivery (GID) counterparts for seamless project execution.
- Understand and manage the commercial aspects of assigned projects.

Here's what you'll need
Candidate Profile
- Education Postgraduate degree in Power System Engineering from a reputed institute (preferably IIT/NIT).
- Experience 5+ years in engineering or consulting, with a strong focus on power system modeling, simulation, and analysis.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Industrial power system studies experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with ETAP and SKM Power Tools.
- Strong foundation in load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, and relay settings.
- Experience in Arc Flash analysis, motor starting studies, and transient stability.
- Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NERC).
- Exposure to distance and differential protection schemes.
- Experience with data centre and industrial facility studies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insulation coordination studies using PSCAD.
